Seph Made Productions provides photography and video services that require reserved time, preparation, and planning. Because each booking is specifically scheduled for the client, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are subject to the policies outlined below.
Booking Fees & Payments
- A booking fee or deposit may be required to reserve your date and time. Your session is not considered fully booked until any required booking fee has been received. Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment terms provided for your specific service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact Seph Made Productions as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Booking fees or deposits may be non-refundable because the original date and time were reserved specifically for your session.
Booking Fees & Payments
- Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled session and do not provide notice may forfeit any booking fee or deposit paid. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time so that other scheduled appointments are not affected.
Completed Services & Final Images
- Due to the custom nature of photography, video, and editing services, payments for completed services and delivered final work are non-refundable. If you have a concern with your completed project, please contact Seph Made Productions so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Weather, Emergencies & Unforeseen Circumstances
- Outdoor and specialty sessions may be affected by weather, safety conditions, equipment issues, location restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. When necessary, Seph Made Productions will work with the client to reschedule or determine an appropriate solution.
Client Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information, arriving prepared and on time, obtaining any necessary permissions for locations, and communicating special requests before the scheduled service. Additional requests made after the session may require additional fees.
